What Areas do Commissioners Represent

  • Commissioner District I includes eastern Scotts Bluff County, north central and south central Scotts Bluff County and includes the Villages of McGrew and Melbeta and the City of Minatare plus a portion of southeastern part of the City of Gering.
  • Commissioner District II is western Scotts Bluff County and includes the City of Mitchell and the Villages of Henry, Lyman and Morrill.
  • Commissioner District III is the City of Gering minus a portion of the southeastern part of the City of Gering plus Terrytown precinct which includes the City of Terrytown.
  • Commissioner District IV is the southern half of the City of Scottsbluff.
  • Commissioner District V is the northern half of the City of Scottsbluff.
